How do I download my included free wallpaper collection with my case purchase?
Your free wallpaper collection will be emailed as a Google Drive Link. You will need to request access to folder and we will grant access within 24 hours.
What is your general shipping and handling time for cases?
We create each case to order using print on demand. This means cases can take 2-3 business days to ship and a total of 5-9 business days to arrive to you. We appreciate your patience as we create your beautiful custom case.
How do you handle returns and exchange requests?
In general, returns or exchanges are only processed if there is a quality item or defect with a given product. If your case arrives damaged, please contact us at support@inspiracasus.com
